Even Chuck Schumer Admits That Democrats Are In Hot Water

Many pundits are predicting a red wave ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

Runaway inflation, an energy crisis, geopolitical tensions, and the staggering unpopularity of the current administration, are just some of the problems plaguing Democrats as we head into the midterms this fall.

Supporters of the Democratic Party claim that the ‘outrage’ over the repeal of Roe will lead to sweeping Democrat majorities, but those who support abortion were likely to vote Democrat anyway.

Abortion is, at best, a 50/50 issue in the United States and those who feel that strongly about the issue are die-hard liberals—a permanent installation of the leftist arm of the Democratic Party.

Chuck Schumer, one of the leading Democrats, has privately admitted that he believes Democrats will lose the House this fall and have a 60% chance of retaining the Senate.

According to nationwide polls, Schumer appears to be somewhat of an optimist, with many polls indicating that a sweeping GOP victory is likely across both chambers of the legislature.

Here’s what we currently know:

According to Business Insider:

His prediction that Democrats would lose control of the Senate contradicts that of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who said the party would not only hold the House but increase its majority.

Fox News claims:

Schumer, D-N.Y., and six other Democratic senators were spotted dining at Trattoria Alberto, a swanky Italian restaurant in Washington, on Monday evening, and the group was talking loud enough to be heard by other patrons, according to Punchbowl News.

Schumer reportedly expressed confidence that Democrats would keep the Senate come November but said Republicans had a 60% chance of taking the House.
