WATCH: The Liberal Hypocrisy On The Border Crisis

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis seems to have hit a nerve with the liberal elite.

As part of an effort to get a national conversation going on the border crisis affecting the southern border states, DeSantis has decided to bus migrants to the wealthy liberal enclave of Martha’s Vineyard.

Aside from the much-needed media attention to this topic, DeSantis seems to have hit on another salient point, perhaps of more significance: the liberal elite are hypocrites.

The general consensus among Americans watching the entire debacle can be summed up as: southern border states with lower-income and middle-class families are expected to absorb tens of thousands of illegal migrants daily…

Yet the ultra-wealthy alcove of Martha’s Vineyard cannot absorb only 50 migrants?

What is even more telling is the backlash from left-wing governors such as Gavin Newsom and the nearly ubiquitous war-cry of elite liberals—calling this a ‘humanitarian crisis’, and lambasting Governor DeSantis for the recent move.

Here are the general sentiments of Americans watching the situation unfold:

According to Fox News the situation in certain border communities has become abysmal:

“I live far from the downtown, but in that area, it’s a lot of ranch[es], a lot of big properties,” Cindy told Fox News. She said migrants went onto one property, “and in order to steal something, they killed the dogs.”

“They are like robbing stuff or killing animals to eat,” Cindy continued. “So that’s what concerns me.”

New York Daily News had more on the outcry from left-wing politicians such as Gavin Newsom of California:

“Accordingly, I strongly urge the (Justice Department) to open an investigation into possible criminal or civil violations of federal law based on this alleged fraudulent scheme,” Newsom wrote.
